Kids Club Fall Series Preview

Hidden Treasures
Discovering God's Kingdom in the Stories of Jesus
New Kids Club Lesson Series Begins September 21
This fall at Kids Club, we’re digging into something truly valuable—the stories of Jesus. In our five-week series, Hidden Treasure: Discovering God’s Kingdom in the Stories of Jesus, children will explore the powerful parables Jesus used to teach us about God’s love, grace, and how we should live.
Parables are more than just stories—they are windows into God’s Kingdom. Jesus used everyday language and situations to reveal deep spiritual truths. In this series, we’ll help kids uncover those truths and understand how they apply to their own lives.
Each week, we’ll explore a different parable and the “treasure” it reveals:
Through scripture, storytelling, and thoughtful conversation, children will discover that the greatest treasures are not found in riches, but in knowing God and living out His love.
We’re excited to walk this journey of discovery together—because in God’s Kingdom, the real treasure is found in Jesus.

Each week, we’ll explore a different parable and the “treasure” it reveals:
- Week 1: The Treasure of a Ready Heart
Parable of the Sower (Matthew 13:1–9, 18–23)
When our hearts are open and ready, God’s Word can grow strong in our lives.
- Week 2: The Treasure of Being Found
Parable of the Lost Sheep (Luke 15:1–7)
God treasures every person and rejoices when even one who is lost is found.
- Week 3: The Treasure of Loving Others
Parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25–37)
God’s Kingdom grows when we show compassion and care for those around us.
- Week 4: The Treasure of God’s Forgiveness
Parable of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11–32)
No matter where we’ve been or what we’ve done, God’s grace welcomes us back.
- Week 5: The Treasure of Small Faith
Parable of the Mustard Seed (Mark 4:30–32)
Even a little bit of faith, when placed in God’s hands, can grow into something amazing.
Through scripture, storytelling, and thoughtful conversation, children will discover that the greatest treasures are not found in riches, but in knowing God and living out His love.
