Overflow Preview

Do you ever feel like you’re not enough? Or what you have isn’t enough to make a difference? Sometimes what seems insignificant at first can actually become an Overflow. During this series, we'll explore generosity in a way that encourages giving to express the abundance of God's grace in our lives instead of obligation or religious doctrine. When we live out this model of generosity, our giving becomes an inspiration to those around us and shows how everyone has something to give.

This series will help us love God and love ourselves better. When we see ourselves through God's eyes, we realize that we have enough and can fight the world's message to compete.  We not only increase our self love, we grow in God's love.

It's part of our theological understanding to teach generosity. It's core to Methodists that we give out of our love for God, not simply because the church has a budget. Since we just finished talking about what it means to be Methodist, it seemed like the perfect time to reflect on how we can show our love to God and live in the abundance he gives us.
