Adult Groups

Groups are essential for growing in a relationship with Jesus,.  We need people we choose to trust to hold us accountable for growing in our love for God, love for others and how we share Jesus with the world. Consider one of the following possibilities for deepening your walk with Jesus. Our groups welcome people who may still be trying to figure out this "Christianity thing" to come and figure it out in community.

Wednesday Night Study

Join us for a Wednesday Night Bible Study to investigate the sermon series. We'll meet in Admin, the middle building. It's up to all of us to take ownership of our spiritual growth. This is the perfect opportunity to learn more and advance your faith. It's your choice to read or show up and listen. Or, depending on the week, you may do a combination of both.

This group will be set up for families, but help us out with an RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Pastor Faith will prepare activities for the kids so that they can build relationships as well, along with having Bible-related things to discuss. They will stay in the same room with us.

Bible Talk

Join us the first Sunday of the month after worship in Admin as we discuss the daily readings for the Chronological Bible in a Year Plan. If you haven't done the readings, it's ok. Join us anyway and jump in after. We'll watch a short video on the week's readings and then discuss. If you have any questions about what you read, bring them with you.

The nursery is open after worship for the Littles. Bring your elementary kids with you. We'll gather in Admin (the middle building).

Pace Island Group

The Pace Island group rotates between members houses each week. They meet on Sunday evening at 6pm. This group is currently watching a Bible Project video from the e100 plan, then discussing the passage for that week.

More to Life

The More 2 Life group meets every other Wednesday evenings at 7pm in the yellow room (323) in the sanctuary. (See the calendar before for dates). Every meeting, participants gather to answer just one question: "How is your life in God?" Each one chooses to share or not how he/she has drawn close to God, experienced distance with God or has become closed off from God.  Everyone is expected to follow the Holy Spirit into the practices that build relationship with God.

Why Wednesday Nights
August 29th, 2024
Starting in 2 weeks, September 11th, we're holding groups for all ages on Wednesday nights. We'll do this for 5 weeks during the Wesleyan rooted series. Why? Multiple reasons: Sunday isn't enough. If the only place you're getting your spiritual growth is in worship on Sunday, you aren't getting enough. Sunday is designed to be an amplifier for what we're doing independently and in small groups. It...
