Vacation Bible School

Summer 2025

July 14-16

9 AM to 12 PM

This summer we will guide kids on the ultimate Alaskan adventure where northern lights glow over majestic mountains, racing rivers, and glistening glaciers. As kids trek the tundra, they’ll explore how easy it is to lose sight of what’s true in our wild world today. Pointing them toward Jesus, True North VBS shows them that he is a faithful friend we can always trust. He’s our True North!

Interested in Attending VBS?

Our VBS is open to Preschoolers through 6th Grade
Preschool is for children ages 3-years-old through VPK who are potty-trained and Elementary is for those going into Kindergarten through 6th grade.
Students (grades 7-12) can volunteer and earn community service hours.

Registration will open in May 5. The registration fee is $25 per child with a $5 discount if registered before June 15.

Want to Support VBS?

Here's how you can help!

Putting a Vacation Bible School, requires the support of the whole church. Of course we need Station and Crew Leaders during the week, but there is so much that has to happen behind the scenes as well. So, if you want to help with VBS but have to work during the week or hanging out with kids just isn't your thing we still have ways for you to volunteer. Register to help at one of our decorating events or contact Val at val@fiumc.org to help make decorations or prepare things ahead of time.
