The Link: Welcoming True Health

It was a beautiful day for a ribbon-cutting! We held the grand opening of the True Health Enterprise Wellness Cottage in Enterprise on Thursday, October 17th. The Wellness Cottage, located just off our Enterprise campus, will provide essential pediatric and adult primary wellness care, a financial navigator, and on-site laboratory services for our area. What started off as a simple conversation on how we can serve our children better grew into an action plan to better serve our entire community!

We are thankful to everyone who helped bring this to fruition and are thrilled to work with Janelle Dunn and her True Health team to bring this service to the Enterprise and West Volusia area. Thank you, True Health!

We are hosting a 10th Anniversary Celebration for our Madison Youth Ranch on Saturday, October 12th, 2024. The gates will open at 10:00 a.m. We will have a celebratory program with a catered lunch and very special music and speakers beginning at 11:00 a.m. Ranch tours will be available until 2:00 p.m. There may even be a Cake Auction! Everyone is invited! With your enduring, incredible generosity, the Madison Youth Ranch, located at 1647 NE Captain Buie Road in beautiful Pinetta, has been providing transformative care for abused, abandoned and neglected children since 2014. We did not need to evacuate from Enterprise. We were so inspired by an early morning visit by our local fire department during the height of the storm responding to an alarm - Amazing! We are deeply grateful everyone at our Enterprise campus is safe but again, deeply concerned for all those who suffered such devastating loss across our state. We hold you all close to our hearts in prayer.

What an incredible day we had at our annual Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat here at Residing Hope! Every year, our staff comes together to create an enjoyable experience for our youth. We had a fantastic DJ playing great music while the children raced through the inflatable obstacle courses and tried their luck at the dunk tank! A special shoutout goes to our Trunk or Treat winners; your creativity and decorations truly brought smiles to our youths' faces. Thank you to everyone who participated, and we can't wait for next year!

Can you believe that we are racing ever closer to Christmas? We are all excited as we approach Christmas at light speed and get ready to celebrate the birth of Christ with pageantry, plays, parties, carols, cookies, nativities, trees, worship services, gifts and gift cards!

We are already in the midst of our Christmas Gift Card drive which gives us the opportunity to demonstrate the amazing love of Christ through our gifts as we contemplate and celebrate God's great gift to us - His Son! We invite you to participate with us by purchasing gift cards to be given throughout Residing Hope to bless the children we serve.

Our staff will utilize a portion of the gift cards to purchase personalized gifts for our children. The gifts will be wrapped and placed under the tree to be opened on Christmas morning. The children will also receive some gifts cards which will allow them to go shopping.
