Children Home Needs
This month is our second 5th Sunday month. What that means is it's our second opportunity to invest in the Florida United Methodist Children's Home.
This week, Val and I had the opportunity to meet with Rev. Brian Carr, who is the Children's home's Director of church relations. This was my first time meeting Brian, although Val and Eddie have met him before on trips to Enterprise, FL.

Ways to Help:
Brian shared some new things happening and some of their needs. What's their most significant need right now? Paper...copy paper, to be specific. They are on their last reams. If you'd like to donate paper, bring it to the church. We'll collect it and take it to Enterprise for you.
You can also help this incredible ministry financially. In the church app or website, you can choose Non-Local Missions and then select UM FL Children's Home. If you want to write a check, please make it out to the church and note the Children's Home on the memo line. 100% of your gift will go to the home.
Keep them in your payers. The house parents and those running the ministry do important but difficult work. They need prayers every day.
